The total amount of the calls you made using 1095 during a particular month will be sent to you by Turk Telekom in the following month, but in a separate envelope.

| 7) Where can I pay my 1095 invoice? |
|
The total amount of the calls you made using 1095 during a particular month will be sent to you by Turk Telekom in the following month, but in a separate envelope. Therefore, you can make your 1095 payment in all those places you can pay your Türk Telekom invoice. For instance, if you have an automatic payment order for your Türk Telekom invoice, your 1095 invoice will be automatically debited from your account.

| 8) What must I do in order to see the 1095 call records on my invoice? |

Once you request call records for your Türk Telekom usage, call records for 1095 usage will be automatically printed on your invoice as well. Therefore, if your current invoice is without call records, you must first contact Türk Telekom and request call records. You can contact Türk Telekom on 444 1 444 for this process. There will be an additional charge of 0.50 TRY/month by Türk Telekom for call records.

No, there are no monthly rental fees, connection fees or any hidden cost in the 1095 service. When you use 1095 you only pay for the minutes you have talked. You can find the rates here.

| 13) I did not receive any invoice for the 1095 calls so far. What could be the reason for this? |
|
If the total amount of calls you have made using 1095 during an invoice period is less than 6 TRY, then you will not sent an invoice for that billing period and the amount for the usage will automatically transfer to the next month. Türk Telekom will send you your 1095 invoice when the cumulative total amount has exceeded 6 TRY or within 3 months at maximum, whichever comes first.
